Spring Professional is hiring for its multinational client in the Automotive Industry a Telecom Specialist (M/F), for São João da Madeira.

Main Responsibilities

- Define and deploy the global telecom standards (incl. HW (hardware) for Smartphones, IPT);

- Deploy VoIP on the WAN accordingly with IPT deployment;

- Optimize and maintain QoS performance across the WAN;

- Manage the relationships with telecom service providers;

- Monitor continuously the telecom market to identify potential for optimization and/or risks;

- Support sites in managing telecom services including reducing costs;

- Provide L3 Support (incl. training and support documentation with best practices, invoice monitoring, etc).

Profile

- Knowledge of UC&C products (e.g. Microsoft Skype for Business, CISCO Jabber);

- Knowledge of IPT and VoIP;

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English language: written and oral;

- Excellent understanding of the telecom market: technology & economics (local/regional/global);

- Availability to travel.
