Kelly Services is currently recruiting an English speaker Talent Researcher (m/f), to join an International Project, in Lisbon.
These professionals will integrate a team, whose objective is based on the use of various sourcing channels (internet, linkedin, facebook, databases ...), for an active search of qualified candidates, in order to "feed" the candidates' pool.
This team is also responsible for writing attractive job ads, with the consultant's support and adapted to the used source (Job board, school, etc) and post them. Also, should screen applicants who have responded to postings and make initial contact by email or phone, to validate major criteria.
We are looking for professionals with the following profile:
- Fluency in English (mandatory);
- Prior experience in similar areas (preferential);
- Professional experience in the telephone service and telephone contacts will also be valued;
- Good level of computer skills;
- Dynamism and Proactivity;
- Critical spirit and initiative;
- Resilience;
- Strong Customer orientation and results driven;
- Excellent communication and organizational skills;
