RESPONSIBILITIES:
o This person will be focused on process and collaboration, not code.
o Understanding and Motivating People;
o Commitment of the team with goals;
o Teams Coordination, Teams Organization and Teams leadership.
REQUIREMENTS:
o Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology or related domains;
o Minimum 4 years of experience in relevant work;
o At least 1 year of experience acting as a Scrum Master;
o Scrum Master Certification (nice to have);
o Software Architecture;
o The technical component is a plus;
o Fluent in English (mandatory).

o Backlog;
