Our client is a Shared Services Centre with solid proven track. Currently, is searching for a Record to Report Manager.

Description

• Ensure Accounting Team's operational management and supervise the daily operations;
  
• Manage and contribute to the execution of General Ledger activities, Treasury activities, TAX related and Fixed Assets processes;
  
• Ensure that closing activities and reports are completed based on agreed deadlines;
  
• Monitor team's performance and ensure that KPI's are accomplished and reported in a correct and timely manner;
  
• Provide coaching and lead training sessions to improve team performance and quality;
  
• Be a key point of contact with other business partners for new process improvements and national/global projects.
  

Profile

• Accounting/Finance Degree;
  
• 5 to 6 years of experience in Record to Report activities;
  
• Experience in a Shared Service environment is an advantage;
  
• Fluent in English (mandatory);
  
• Experience with SAP (mandatory);
  
• Very good user knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel skills;
  
• Team management and people skills;
  
• Strong analytical and communication skills;
  
• Collaborative and enthusiastic;
  
• Motivated and flexible.
