RESPONSIBILITIES:
o This person will be focused on process and collaboration, not code.
o Understanding and Motivating People;

o Teams Coordination, Teams Organization and Teams leadership.
REQUIREMENTS:
o Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology or related domains;
o Up to 4 years of experience with Quality Assurance methodologies and Functional Software Testing;
o Experience with design and create test scripts and test plans according to the project requirements;
o Experience with design, development and execution of manual test scripts;
o Knowledge of standards;
o Knowledge of software QA tools and processes regarding CMMI;
o Fluent in English.
SOFT SKILLS:
o Excellent communication ability;
o Capability to communicate with technical and non-technical people.
