Managing BIG Data in Real Time, Company currently handles more than 1 million calls and 5 million voice minutes per month, providing services such as click2call, call tracking, inbound calls, IVRs, etc.
Principais responsabilidades
Work with Product Managers/Commercial teams to understand high level business requirements and to decompose these into detailed user story level requirements for implementation within Scrum teams;
Work with Design Teams to achieve the next UI and UX of new requirements;
Work with Agile scrum teams, participate in scrum ceremonies and be responsible for managing the backlog of work for the team to deliver products on time and on spec;
Work closely with Delivery Managers (DM) on the priority and requirements of technical maintenance work and ensure this work is given adequate time in the sprints;
Facilitate development teams understanding of business problems to be solved;
Validate requirements and demonstrate these on sprint demos;
Manage multiple tasks/priorities simultaneously, respond to work with urgency and understand deadlines.
Perfil desejado
Experience of at least 1 year as Product Owner;
Excellent communication skills in Portuguese and English;
