Kelly Search & Selection is recruiting a Product Designer for a successful Start-Up in in more than 15 different countries.
Responsibilities:- Guide all research efforts to understand the user's needs, such as heuristics, usability testing, data analysis and competitors benchmarking;
- Work with the product manager to determine requirements, articulate user needs, and translate those needs into concepts and elegant interface designs;
- Work with engineers to deal with technical constraints and ensure a high-quality implementation and user experience;
- Able to clearly articulate your design decisions and what problems they are solving;
- Ensure design consistency across all platforms and products;
- Contribute to an evolving brand and help create a design system.
Requirements:- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position;
- Expert level skills in Sketch and Adobe creative suite;
- Develop wireframes and prototypes Framer X or Principle;
- Front-end development CSS3, HTML5, and JavaScript (ideally, but not mandatory);
- Fast, efficient & results-oriented;
- Proactive;
- Fluent in English and (ideally, but not mandatory) in Portuguese.
