Our client is a Shared Services Centre with solid proven track. Currently, is searching for a Procure to Pay Analyst.

Description

• Control and modify purchasing requisitions (via SAP);
• Control the purchase orders created by local purchasing team;
• Maintain supplier relationships;
• Support plants and commodity buyers;
• Maintenance of vendor master data information;
• Vendor and item management;
• Prepare activity reports;
• Users support.

Profile

• Bachelor/Master Degree;
  
• Experience in Shared Services Centre environment;
  
• Experience in Procure to Pay processes is an advantage;
• Experience in Master Data, Purchasing or Logistics Department will be a plus;
• Advanced level of written and spoken English (mandatory);
• Analytical and problem solving;
• Willing to work in an international and multicultural environment;
• Ability to manage priorities and stress resistance;
• Hands-on, energetic and autonomous.
