• Proactively translates internal and external market developments into concrete HR actions and program;
  
• Create network of external parties and build relationships of trust through communication channels;
  
• Use flexibility in communication to convey the message correctly and generate engagement;
  
• Leads the relationship with key agencies and Measures communication effectiveness and ROI;
  
• Challenges the team to raise the bar on their campaigns and creative ideas;
  
• Drives influencers on organizational culture, works with Business Partners and Line Managers to design actions that drive engagement;
  
• Influence Leaders and drive change management programs based on analytics.
  

Profile

• Major on Business, Human Resources or Organizational Psychology;
  
• Experience in multinational complex environments;
  
• At least 3 years working in Generalist HR role;
  
• At least 1 year experience managing internal communications;
  
• Experienced in driving people programs and events;
  
• Young spirit, proactive, flexible and independent;
  
• Capacity to adapt to different and constantly changing environments;
  
• Communicate pro-actively: Strong communication skills, verbal and written, able to present, train and persuade others in difficult situations;
  
• Multi cultural sensitivity.
