Multinational Consumer Goods is looking for a HR Manager (M/F).
Your new Role
Reporting to the Country Manager, you will be responsible for creating, developing and managing all HR processes in line with international guidelines and standards, local laws and regulations and local business strategy in order to assure compliance, a range of accurate skills and a common level of mindset/culture in the organisation that allows the company to face actual and future challenges. Also, you will be responsible for understanding, analysing, implementing and coordinating all legal processes which can affect the company, in all its areas excluding tax, accounting and intellectual property, assuring that local laws are accomplished and facilitate all legal processes to the sales force.
What you'll need to succeed
We are looking for professionals with 5 years of experience in a similar international company and deep knowledge in performance management, talent management, career planning, training, developing and other HR processes. Fluent knowledge of the English language will be an important skill evaluated for this role. It's also essential to have experience in leadership.
