• Define and implement the HR policy of the company in compliance with all Group regulations;
• In charge of employees administrative tasks in accordance with social and tax legislation's;
• Report directly to Regional Human Resources and functionally to Business line Managers.

Description

• Preparation of HR budget and forecast by company, supporting the Management in all HR and legal related aspects;
• Recruiting of employees and support where necessary cooperating with recruiting agencies and temporary agencies;
  
• Responsible for all HR administrative functions including control and validation of payroll before payment;
  
• Creation and Organization of trainings for all employees according to needs and training plan;
  
• Ensuring that all HR processes comply with the framework and Management of the HR legal aspects;
  
• Preparing of work contracts and JD, check and follow-up of working hours, holidays, absences, preparation for payroll and Management of personnel insurances.
  

Profile

• A degree in Human Resources or similar education;
  
• At least 5 years experience in similar role with international environment, preferably within complex operations or industry;
  
• Excellent English skills in both verbal as written, and knowledge of Spanish or French is a plus;
  
• Local labour law knowledge ;
  
• Previous experience as Human Resources Manager / Director, or assistant in larger operation or experience with a multi operations company ;
  
• Handle pressure and High energy level;
