Multinational industrial company is hiring a HR Business Partner.
Reporting to the HR Director you will be responsible for managing training needs, performance appraisals and career planning. You will play an active role developing, improving and implementing HR policies and procedures.
We are searching for professionals with a degree in Psychology, HR Management, Legal or related field and a minimum of 5 years experience on a similar role in an industrial company. You must be English fluent and have good IT skills.
