Our client is recruiting a Commercial Head, responsible for developing, leading and managing all the business commercial activities.
Description
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and implement commercial strategies according to the company goals and objectives, accelerating the growth;
- Conduct market research and analysis to create detailed business plans on commercial opportunities;
- Understand the requirements of existing customers to ensure their needs are being met;
- Assist in setting financial targets and budget development, such as monitoring;
- Work with Trade & Marketing to define a clear Channel & Customer Strategy for Pharmacies & Wholesalers;
- Monitor the commercial activities performance using key metrics and preparing reports for the GM;
- Supervise the daily sales team activity, checking their visits reports and monitoring the sales results;
- Evaluate the sales team performance, contributing also for its salaries and incentives adjustments plans proposals.
Profile
IDEAL PROFILE:
- Academic training in Science or Management or MBA are valued;
- 10 years working experience in the Pharmaceutical industry (generics are a plus) or Retail (not mandatory);
- At least 5 years of management experience leading a highly performing team;
- Solid background in the implementation of business plans;
- Guidance for business and customers, pragmatic and practice attitude;
- Team Management and People Development;
- Good interpersonal skills and team spirit;
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
