For on of our clients in LISBON, we are currently looking for a GERMAN Speaker for a Backoffice Position (male/ female) for a Service Center related with the airline industry.

Requisitos:
The Customer Service Representative will be responsible to provide Customer Service for the customers and/or the internal collaborators of the airline.
Your responsibilities
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding service and product related inquiries
• Inform customer about specific products, services, policies and processes
• Troubleshoot and resolves customer issues
Your profile
• Excellent communication skills & high focus on customer satisfaction;
• Native language skills in German (verbal, reading, writing) + good in English (verbal, reading,
writing)
Your experience & skills
• First work experience in Service Center or similar business
• Strong administration and organization skills
• Keen eye for detail to ensure high accuracy
• Very good PC skills
