External: Interactions with external costumers on daily collections activities and credit control. Internal: Finance support to the Financial team.

Principais responsabilidades

• Follow up on accounts receivable, monitoring and control (in a proactive way);
• Letter of credit (LC) management + Administration of credit limits;
• Interaction with financial institutions regarding LCs management and financial conditions;
• Manage customer exposure according to the defined payments terms schedule;
• Internal authorizations according to project financial status;
• Collaborate with sales and operations management to address and clarify specific payment issues;
• Prepare credit & collection and business reports;
• Support auditors regarding collection information;
• Complete period end closing activities on accounts receivable area (e.g. bad debt allowances);
• Support in the month closing tasks - reporting/controlling activities;
• Produce the necessary information and analysis to support Top Management; and produce other ad hoc analysis for the different stakeholders;
• Continuous improvement of the team's processes, and contribution to projects impacting the Finance department as needed.

Perfil desejado

• Degree qualification in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting area or equivalent.
  
• 2-5 years of experience in Financial Controlling, specifically in accounts receivable area, preferably in a Multinational company;
  
• Fluent in English;
  
• Additional Spanish language is a plus;

• Strong critical thinking, problem solving, team player, cooperative mindset and efficient communication skills, as well as initiative and proactiveness;
  
• Ability to manage multi-tasks, accuracy, attention to detail, organization and analytical skills;
  
• Ability to work under pressure, on a changing context.
  
• Deep and broad understanding and experience in accounts receivable area;
  
• Knowledge of SAP system, Primavera and MS office tools (MS Outlook and Excel);
  
• Good knowledge of IFRS.
