Our client is one of the fast-growing business in the world’s leading food, beverage, nutrition and wellness company.



Our client is seeking to hire for the Lisbon Office a Customer Relationship Center Manager (CRC) to lead the CRC team ensuring an efficient, agile and customer-oriented operations.



Responsibilities:

Define and implement the local CRC vision and strategy by developing a strong continuous improvement spirit in the CRC channel, ensure an efficient, manage an agile and customer-oriented operations both internally and at the outsourcer's, lead the CRC operations and manage the CRC budget.



 



Skills:




  • University degree or equivalent (commercial or business studies);

  • Excellent level of English and communication skill (spoken and written);

  • Experience in customer services and/or sales environment;

  • Proven experience leading, managing and developing teams (at least 5 years);

  • Good capacity for implementation and/or selection of CRC tools (telephony, workforce management, quality coaching, etc);

  • Experience in an international and fast-paced environment.
