Your new role
Technical support of CRM tools for Pharmaceutical Industry of clients. Interaction with internal teams linked to clients projects. Responsible for the delivery of operational support services in line with agreed service level targets, escalation point from customer champions users and functional Expert for specific incidents.
What you'll need to succeed
Native speaker in German/French or Fluent, english professional proficiency and some knowledge experience in Microsoft Office. You are looking for Strong Communication Skills, problem solving skills, ability to work under pressure, ability to learn quickly, empathy.
