Kelly Search & Selection is recruiting an Accounting Trainee, fluent in English, for our client SIEMENS, S.A established in Alfragide, Lisbon.
Main Responsibilities:
You will be, primary, responsible for the ICC Internal Vendor Accounts as well as you will be directly involved with other ICC Topics.
The main activities will be:- Posting of ICC invoices
- Analyze automation issues
- Account reconciliation
- ICC collection
What do I need to qualify for this job?- Fluent knowledge in English (mandatory);
- Solid MS Office knowledge (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook);
- Knowledge of the Accounting Process
- Strong communication skills;
- Team Player, with strong customer focus, result & quality orientation;
- Ability to work under pressure, on a changing environment.
