Your new role
You will be responsible to establishing and maintaining excellent relationships with customers by managing the entire life cycle of the projects.
You will also support the Operations team by helping on board customers and answering customer support tickets and creating customer support materials like FAQs and "How To" Guides and Webinars so that they can efficiently make the best use of company products and services.
What you will need to succeed?
If you have:
3 + years' experience as a Account Manager or Customer Success manager, relevant business degree and fluent level of English; Great phone and presentation skills, ability to thrive in ambiguity highly organised and diligent and ability to work and learn in a fast-paced and target-driven environment the this job is perfect for you!
